Dhow cruise is a major part of Dubai tourism. As part of the famous “trio” package, the Dubai Dhow cruise features in every tourist itinerary. Very unique to only Dubai, the Dhow cruise is now as famous as Dubai itself. At any height, if you take a stroll near the Creek of Dubai or Marina, you will find tens of beautifully lit wooden boats or “dhows (Arabic for boats” plying gently on the calm waters. Tourists love the Dubai Dhow cruise because it allows them to see the city basked in different hues of lights giving it a unique glow.
Dubai Creek was Dubai’s lifeline then. Historically this provided a unique waterway for the two parts of Dubai, Bur Dubai and Deira Dubai. People would travel in small, motorized boats called Abra. The Abra ride was cheap, fast, and clean. Much later, the RTA of Dubai introduced air-conditioned water taxis. Deira Creek was also the main port for smaller boats to offload their cargo. Even now, many cargo boats from nearby ports call on Deira Creek port. Deira Creek is very close to souks on either side and easily approachable through excellent roads on either side.
After the recent development of Al Seef on the Bur Dubai side, the night has become more vibrant and colorful.
When you ride the Dhow cruise in Deira creek, your journey will start on arrival at our huge, well-decorated wooden Dhow. We will have our hospitality desk on the shore where the Dhow is anchored. Our hospitality team shall verify your ticket and welcome you aboard.

The energetic dance form makes our guests also shake and tap their feet. There are a lot of pranks by the dancer to keep the show humorous and easy. This is also when you should be ready with your camera for selfies and videos to post on Instagram for your friends.
