Oasis Palm Tourism was established in 2003 by Mr. Ishrat Ali Khan, a visionary driven by disrupting the market by providing excursion services through its own fleet of vehicles, dhows, coaches, safari vehicles, transfer vehicles, and camps. The company has always been at the forefront of continuously using technology to improve its services and communication. In the last 21 years, it has crossed many milestones and has become a preferred partner for many destination management companies (DMCs).
At Oasis Palm Tourism, we basically provide excursion services. Our three important products are: 1) Desert Safar, b) Dhow Cruise Dinner, and 3) City Tours. However, there are many services and activities included in these products. For example, we provide various packages in Desert Safari, and for almost all packages, we provide BBQ dinner and Arabic entertainment in Arabic-style campsites. We also provide Quad Biking services to our guests at our campsite as a separate product. We operate two Dhow cruises: 1) Dhow Cruise Marina and 2) Dhow Cruise Dubai Creek. We also operate city tours of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain. Apart from these services, we operate Musandam and Dibba Dolphin tours. We also provide transfer services. All our activities are focused on excursions, hospitality, and tourism.

We have two target markets: direct tourists who buy our services from our websites and destination Management companies who act as our sales agents. We take it as our responsibility to treat them as our customers and make every effort to keep them happy. Our customers are from the UAE, and tourists from all over the world come to Dubai. We consider ourselves a global company as our customers come globally.
